Except as noted in specific tariff line items, all Goods transported by Carrier shall be subject to a surcharge for bunkers, mineral oil, synthetic oil, and consumable petroleum based products (collectively, “Fuel Surcharge”) equal to 29.75% of the total freight charge, rounded up to the nearest $0.01.
