Northbound Cargo Receiving and Cut Off Information

Receiving hours are Monday thru Friday from 6:30am to 5pm.

Freeze cargo can be received up to two days prior to departure. Chill cargo can be received up to one day prior to departure.

Deliveries made the same day as vessel departures are subject to space availablity and advanced notifications.

Meeting these cutoffs helps our crews properal plan the vessels to maximize stowage, minimize damage, and ensure sailing times are met; all three important facets of cargo quality. Please contact our Traffic department at 1-800-544-2580 for more information.
